To start a return, please email returns@rysypoland.com. After contacting us, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the items to us for free.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Merino 2.0
Most merino follows a predictable formula: soft and natural, but often fragile, slow to dry, and prone to losing its shape over time. It performs well in controlled conditions, but starts to fall short under constant movement, friction, and repeated wear.
GhostFiber™ was developed to push beyond that baseline.
It is our proprietary textile architecture, built to reinforce the strengths of merino while reducing its typical weaknesses. By blending 59% mulesing-free merino wool with Cordura® nylon and a small percentage of spandex, the fabric maintains its natural character while gaining structural resilience and long-term stability.
The result is not a replacement of merino, but an evolution of it.
